It was a sunny day in Moscow, for a change, and the atmosphere in Sacha's house was filled with joy. Today was the biggest day of her life! At the age of 21 she'd be marrying her high school sweetheart, Uhov. The wedding was in a few hours and Sacha was getting ready. She tried 0n the gaudy dress her mother had given her. Suddenly the doorbell rang, and Sacha's mother went downstairs to see who it was. As she opened the door, she saw Uhov's brother panting and worried. "Uhov," he said and took a big breath, "he is very sick, i don't know what's wrong! You should go see him at the doctor." Sasha's mum was extremely worried and didn't know how she was going to break the news to her daughter. Meanwhile Sacha was worried a bit embarrassed to wear that dress in public. Her mother came upstairs and told her to sit down. " I need to tell you something, Uhov is sick and is at the doctor. I don't know much so you should go and see what is going on". Sasha could feel her heart breaking piece by piece as she got dressed and ran to the doctor's office. The office was really dark, lit by a candelabra. In total there were two rooms. The doctor's room and the waiting room. The waiting room was empty, as silent as a graveyard. Sacha stormed into the room and saw her husband lying on the piece of wood. She instantly knew that it was all over, since he could the only thing he could do is breathe and barely open his eyes. Sacha couldn't stop crying so she left the room and went to her mother who had just arrived. She thanked her mother for being supportive and caring by showing her gratitude. She went back into the room and the doctor left them alone. Sacha held Uhov's hand and his dying words were "Sachkin, I will always love you." Sacha fell into a depression and never got out of it, spending the rest of her life. It is tragic and ironic how the best day of your life, can turn out to be the worst one.
